Where is my order?
Cancel items or orders
You can remove items or orders that have not yet entered the shipping process.
The order can be canceled as long as you are not notified by email of the fulfillment of your order.
Once this email has been received, cancellation will no longer be allowed.
In case of cancellation after receipt of successful fulfillment of your order, penalties from 5.00 to 30.00 euros may be applied.
If you wish to cancel your order but your package has already been shipped, you can refuse the shipment to the courier.
Any return costs will be charged to you at the time of reimbursement.
If, you do not refuse the goods, but still want to cancel your order, the costs of the return shipment will be borne by the buyer.
