RETURNS AND REFUNDS


In case of return, our team will process your request within 48 hours of your contact, according to the workload,

and will send you by e-mail the shipping labels to be affixed on the package and the instructions for a correct and safe shipment of the product.

All our products are new and sealed, and are shipped from our certified warehouses monitored with CCTV cameras,

intact and in their original packaging provided by the manufacturer.


To guarantee the warranty of the products you purchase, it is necessary to keep the original packaging and packaging of the product for the entire duration of the guarantee.

In the event of a defective product without the original packaging, the Manufacturer does not guarantee replacement with a new product, but only repairs.


Return requests will not be accepted for damage caused by the customer's lack of attention in the package opening procedure.


If you return a product and during the laboratory check it was evident that the damage was caused by the user when opening the product,

the return will be rejected and no refunds can be applied.


On the other hand, if the product is not working when the package is opened (hardware or software problems)

the return can only be made by opening a DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) file with the Manufacturer, specifying whether you intend to replace the product or refund.

In the event of a refund of the product, no request can be made before the Manufacturer receives the product and authorizes the refund (times may vary depending on the Manufacturer from 10 to 20 working days), only by following this procedure the refund can be equal to the amount paid when ordering.
